jesse Hejny

Jesse co-founded one of the most successful land service companies in the energy industry, Purple Land Management (PLM). While President, the company hired hundreds of employees and established twelve field offices in every major basin in the United States. During his tenure, the company made strategic investments in technology, including partnering with Esri® to release Overdrive®, a proprietary land data management software system. After eight years as President, Jesse sold PLM to Satori Capital in 2018. Today, the former TCU collegiate athlete holds a position on his alma mater’s Chancellor’s Advisory Board.

Jeff ramsdell

Jeff is a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on land and mineral acquisitions, drilling, and development. Over his 20-year career, Jeff has contributed his expertise to leading various land teams at Chesapeake Energy and Devon Energy. His extensive experience spans across key regions, including the Barnett Shale play in Texas, the Oklahoma Midcontinent Basin, the Delaware Basin in Southeastern New Mexico, the Powder River Basin in Wyoming, and the Utica Shale play in Northeastern Ohio. Jeff graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Energy Management.

Lisa Martin, Controller

Lisa is a strategic leader in the accounting field with repeated success driving organizations to new levels of achievement through system implementations and development of teams. At SilverTip Energy she oversees the organization’s financial portfolio, partner initiatives, and day-to-day financial operations. Lisa received her Master of Accounting from TCU and holds her CPA. She started her career at PWC and has worked for various public and private sectors over the past 13 years. Lisa was the controller for XRI water management headquartered in Midland, TX before joining the team in 2019.
